MS6: Rear Camber Adjustment Question

Hello All,
I took my car to get an alignment at a mazda dealership because I put some KW coilovers on the car.
I thought the rear control arms had adjustment bolts to change the camber but they said they do not.

Right now I have -2.4 on the driver's side and -3.4 on the passenger. They didn't advise of any components being worn out or damaged.

I thought there was stock rear camber adjustment because I found this on the interwebs: (I clearly see these on my car)

So if I went in with (-2.4 & -3.4) and had the same after, they didn't touch these to adjust them? Or do I need to get adjustable camber arms in the rear?

Everything else on the alignment is within spec but I look like a stance boi on the side right now and the inners of the rear tires definitely won't last long like it.

Spec: Before
Driver Passenger
Front Camber = -0.8 -0.9
Front Toe = 0.35 0.01
Rear Camber = -2.4 -3.3
Rear Toe = 0.18 0.36

Spec: After
Driver Passenger
Front Camber = -0.8 -1.0
Front Toe = 0.1 0.1
Rear Camber = -2.4 -3.4
Rear Toe = 0.19 0.18

Lastly, I called mazda canada and they said there is no camber adjustment stock on the car. But why are there these adjustment bolts/washers there?!?!

That eccentric bolt moves the rear lower control arm in and out. So yes, you use that bolt to align the rear camber and toe. However it is not an independent camber adjustment. This is important because IIRC the MS6 also has independent adjustable toe arms from factory, but no independent adjustable camber. You may have just had a combination of stupid shop tech, and wrong questions asked at mazda.

Yes, there appears independant toe adjustment which is why I want to get them to fix it but they say "tHeRe iS nO cAmBeR aDjuStment..."

Update: Here is Mazda Canada's response

"I have submitted them to my technical advisor and he has reviewed them. However, he has again confirmed that our vehicles do not come with factory rear camber adjustments.

We apologize for the inconvenience."

So I have sent them another email with the rear laterial links showing toe adjustment and the rear control arm having a concentric adjusment bolt. I have asked for an explaination for the why the adjustment bolt is there with the part diagram showing the whole rear suspension. I wish I could speak to one of the engineers that designed this car.

So I was able to find a shop manual online, alignment procedure for the rear is in 02-11-4. I sent the pdf of the pages and now I finally have closure to my stance boi rear alignment.

"My apologies, the Mazdaspeed6 does in fact have rear camber and toe adjustments. Bring the information you have available to the alignment shop for them to appropriately adjust said alignment. Please keep in mind, this vehicle is almost 14 years young, in the event these camber adjustments have not been touched in quite sometime, extra labor time will be needed which will hinder on the price in the event they are seized.

Very rarely do we hear about Mazdaspeed6 vehicles, more so Mazdaspeed3, my apologies on the previous emails."

Time to go back to the dealership...
