Odd Data From AP V3. Running a little lean, safe?

Currently running a v3 AP in my 08MS3GT with 81k miles. Trying out up to STG 1 93 tune until I get HPFP upgrade within the month. HPFP actual pressure isn't dropping below 1600 ever at WOT. However actual AFR is running at a 12.2-12.35 with boost at WOT. Stock intake system and everything. I cleaned up the MAF and it made no difference. I have heard that AFR should be between 11.4 and 11.7 at WOT.

Went back to STG 0 tune and car ran really lean at 13.5 or so until it normalized in the 11s at 4000-5000rpm and then after 5000 ran really rich down to like 9.5 at 6k rpms.

Tried safe mode as well and car ran consistently a little lean at a 12.05 at WOT.

Completely new to tuning and Id love help interpreting these results. If I need to run it in safe mode until HPFP that totally fine but it seems that because pressure isn't dropping on the HPFP that might not be the issue? Stage 1 reads it can be all stock including the HPFP. Would love to donate to this forum given some good information.

Logs: All taken same time with the 3 different tunes. Not sure why stage 0 reads that throttle wasn't at 76 it was to the floor. Attached down below of the knowledgeable people wouldn't mind taking a look.

Thanks for any help offered!

are you going WOT. you log shows a max of 60% on the stage 0.

make sure to turn on your commanded throttle possition

The Stage 0 map is load-based, and the ECU uses throttle level to control load, that's why you're seeing such variety there. Alternately, the Stage 1 and Safe Mode are boost-based, and the 76 shown indicates your throttle plate is wide open. Also, definitely the internals in before turning up the wick--always better to have more fuel than you need than not enough.

What are your LTFTs, especially at idle? Lean at WOT can be unmetered post-MAF air entering the system. I'd check for intake leaks. You may need to replace the MAF o-ring. Also, have you recently worked on the car and then this happened, or was it spontaneous? Also, I'd add Injector Duty Cycle and Accelerator Pedal Position to your logging parameters.

Yeah I am going WOT. Just did stage 0 this time after a longer break in period with the same results. Showing 99% on the AP but not going above 60 in my datalog.

Should I just run safe mode until internals? Or is stage 0 fine? I guess its running lean before 4.5k because its not going WOT? I just read up on load based tuning but Im still not quite sure why it restricted the throttle. I currently want to find the safest map to drive with until I get the HPFP upgrade and whatnot.

I will get a reading on LTFT in a moment. I haven't recently worked on the car but I JUST installed the AP. Tried the stage 1 93 tune due to reading up on it and it supposedly being safe with stock CDFP (my pressure never has gone under 1600psi) but then I noticed it running a little lean. Only thing Ive done is clean the MAF a few days ago. Ill add those parameters.

Thank you for your help.

You shouldn't be lean at all with the "pedal to the metal," regardless of logged throttle position. That's dangerous. I'd personally look for a hardware issue/leak. What is the targeted AFR in those various maps? If it's 11.6 and you're hitting 12.2-12.3, you definitely have an issue. Even on ethanol mixes, it's usually not a good idea to be consistently in the 12s on AFR when WOT.
