My surprise when I changed mine out after I moved into the CA gold country foothills...Mouse had taken underhood sound blanket material and made a ball/nest so large the filters were stuck in place. Even locked up squirrel cage fan and motor fuse had blown. Oddly the one that blew is a small electronic fuse on motor housing. Had a spare ..that was a bigger shocker than the fur ball.

@Cfoldone , it is a lot more common than you think, Imagine a garage kept miata smelling rancid. There is no cabin filter. There is a screen to prevent leaves into the vents, but that is it. That is never replaced. Dash was removed to find 7 rats and 3 full nests. His garage was next to a dumpster and thee concrete blocks had small openings to vent. So they came in through that and messed up his car. Sold it to Carmax once it was fixed screened the openings and bought another one.

Took Christine out for some old man blind spot mirror add-ons (holy crap I'm spoiled by the tech in my CX-50) and a tank of 93. Decided to make a startup video. Love the mudflap shaking like it's scared.

Headlight restoration on Christine! For years I used meguiars. Wet sand, drill polish then clear. Then I was told this Cerakote stuff was better and easier. Perfect. I found the kit's gloves were trash but my Harbor Freight nitrile ones worked. Overall an easy process. The end result to me is better than meguiars too.

This is the goods: CERAKOTE® Ceramic Headlight... Amazon product ASIN B084RQKLV8IMG_9844.jpeg IMG_9843.jpeg
