Time to sell this piece and get a nice gen PU
I like how my dash doesn't melt or pop up. Plus Christine will not let me. At this point really all that is left is finish new occ hose, and reassembly of front. I want this tune to be completed so I can have this to drive when I can.

Did you ever get a new car to replace the one that got smashed?
Yeah man. Leasing a 2021 CX-30 Premium now. 5k miles since June. It's easier to get in than the 3. It's a commuter but I need to get my speed on the road and tune finished so I'll have options. Hoping the injector leaks are resolved and I can see how much Will can squeeze out of this old girl.

Damn that intake manifold looks fresh! Where did you get that cool cowl for the radiator? Did you make it?

Get a battery from Ford. 60 month full replacement and 100 months prorated warranty
Hard pass. Thanks to Costco, it was a $14 replacement to cover the new battery price difference. 14 months warranty on this one. Need to replace the starter. Forgot about it until all together. Have one from FattiMotorWorks sitting in a box. Plus put the Corksport undertray on. Still in the box 2 years now lol.

Battery in and 23 psi and it's driving. Need some miles and then tuning can resume.

Installed the @Adapted_Performance power steering reser cap cover. Very happy. I would make sure you put a mark on the forward position of the oem cap so when you screw it down the Allen bolts are facing the coolant reservoir.

Looking good!!! You should still be able to tighten the set screws without removing the oem cap using the supplied hex key (short side).
install.webp

Not much to report. New house and garage. 2k more miles and she's inhaled oil again. Will be getting on the lift at work to see what's up. If leaking I'll have my tech find the leak now. Added some rice and ordered a road rash kit from Dr Colorchip. Wrap needs to be removed and replaced. 7 years at least.

Swift springs (thanks @Mauro_Penguin ) made a huge driving difference having it level. Not hauling 15 bags of mulch in it again.

I like the 787B banner in the garage...I need one. Perks of working at the Dealer!! And that proper epoxy floor will be nice.

Car looks good.

Thanks man. All the dealers are getting em exchanged and many are not keeping them. Sad. I was lucky on the floor and found a great local company who is 1/2 everyone else and family run. Did if before any move in.

That 3 Turbo is dead sexy, damn. Just wish they drove more like an actual sport compact and less like an Audi A3. My CX-30 is a great daily though

Wife texted me. I knew. Motor is black so I'm sure since I helped a speed 6 owner order parts, Christine said me too.

Home and flashlight. Damnit. A9B5DC61-8E8B-4873-B0A5-4AFC6D746189.jpeg

Whenever my tech at work frees up I'll have him find out why she pissed oil and fix that mess.
