I love data!that is all..
The little spike in IDC to 90% is actually the DI pushing hard to try and maintain 12.0 afr target where I have a lean spot. Need to touch up the split second controller map between 4400rpm-5800rpm (maf V of 3.7V-4.3V) where afr is 12.35, and DI IDC should hold a steady 80ish% from 4k to 7.3k without issue! Crazy how some small changes to the boost curve affect this. Post dyno back in July, Mark (
@Realgib3) gave me some more boost between 4500-5500rpm , and an adjustment to hold 35-36 to the Rev limit; and fueling went from damn well dialed in, to bring thrown off from just a few psi boost increase in that thousand rpm range.
Just getting to know the r4 software has made me enjoy tinkering with this car even more. Especially now that I don't have to bug the tuna to touch up little stuff like this. A few days ago, I made an adjustment for up top, and got that dialed in...now I can the mid range dialed in and it'll be perfect
Also, WOT box came in the mail from
@Maisonvi today. Can't wait to install it!!

[doublepost=1534265615][/doublepost]Ight. So... 76,144 mile update.
Motor has been burning about a half quart of oil between oil changes, so I figured id do a compression test today. Super pleased with the results, as this is probably one of the highest mileage built motors with 2618 pistons out there.
Comp tested out to about 175psi across the board!
Plugs look half decent for having nearly 10k miles on em as well. Yes, the tips are white from being "lean", but keep in mind, this motor has utilized lean cruising at low load it's entire life for them MPG'S
PS, don't ask your tuner for a lean burn tune. They'll call you crazy and won't give you one lol
