should I buy this Mazda speed 3

so I found a 2012 Mazda speed 3 on Facebook and he wants to trade for my miata 97 with 237k miles manual. it grinds in 5th but ever other gear is fine. it has 160k miles is this a good buy or should I stay away?

Uh, not enough info? 5th gear grind is not a normal failure mode on these cars (that I am aware of).

based on the years and mileage the MS3 should be worth a bit more than the miata.

I'm getting a mechanic to look at it to see if it's a good deal. Because I'm thinking if I fix the transmission I could come out with a more valuable car
