I hear what you're saying. But I've seen both a lot of successful and a lot of botched MZR DISI builds. And a lot of the fails are linked to machine shops being unfamiliar with our platform. Regarding the successful ones, I try to take note, particularly on the objective data like this. Justin (FREEKTUNE) gave some awesome advice regarding PWC clearance. I've also read elsewhere great objective info about ring-end gap that on one hand won't allow excessive blowby, and on the other hand, won't pop your ringlands due to butting.You're digging way too much into things. Just let the machine shop do what they do. I couldn't even begin to tell you what they should be nor do I still have the sheet if it was even listed.
