Speed 6 engine swap?

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but how difficult would it be to cram a 3.0 V6 into a Speed6? I don't expect it to just swap straight out but is this something I can do practically? Is there even space in the engine bay for all of that machine?

Yeah... don't do that. The ecu would also have no idea what to do with it.

You can not just change the tune of the ecu to work with the v6 it is port injection not direct injection "and like many more technical reasons I don't want to get into". You might have an easier time doing an LS swap as they have great aftermarket ecu options and the Impala SS came with a fwd LS motor.

I crave power. And violence.
speed engine can have great power if you build it will be cheaper and less hassle.

It has been done into a 3 atleast frame rails needs to modified and are probably actually fully custom
However Factory front end: stock hood, fenders, bumper covers and body. Its a factory body set over a chassis. firewall is in factory location and front struts are also factory location.

Also will need a completely aftermarket ECU which is $$$ and suspension rework to handle the weight, what's your plan for driveline? custom connection to trans or RWD conversion? All the power to you if you want to spend the money and tackle a custom project however. a 700whp 2.3L engine with a PI setup and pte turbo will be cheaper.
