I do have the wire diagram and I have been working in that area as much as possible. I am guess a sudden short because the TB harness reading is off as you know it is on the emission harness. I hope it is not the ECU but if it is, I have to looking a clone company etc.I'm pretty sure those fuses are all supposed to be reading battery voltage.
I'm not 100% on the read out at the TB plug off the top of my head. But can get you the answer.
As much as I don't want to admit this, as I am having issues of my own, but I'd wager by what you have already provided that it's either a harness or an ECU.
Do you have the shop manuals downloaded?
Specifically the wiring manual?
I can dig into all this but won't be able to till after this weekend as I'm about to leave town.

I doAm I hearing this right... It sounds like your only running on two cylinders based on you unplugging spark plugs.
I did the EBCS swap because it was leaking and then re-wire of the OCV harnessWhat was the very last thing you did right before this happened? Is it possible the car is in limp mode based on the fact you are only running on two cylinders?
