Transmission noise

Can anyone identify what this noise potentially is?

The short of my long story is I had a plan of searching out and purchasing a cheap Speed 6 that I could pull the wire harness from along with any other needed parts, it would also be a good reference tool. But when the car arrived, I asked for assistance to push it into the garage and the transporter said it would actually start after putting a jump pack on it. It fired right up, but had a loud noise to it. I've been taking parts off it here and there to test on the primary Speed 6, then installing them back after purchasing a replacement for the primary Speed. With it being warmer outside I decided to put the spare battery on and start it up again to take another listen. The sound you hear is after I let out the clutch.

What do you think? After I get all the issues resolved on the primary Speed, I would like to do all the work on this Test Speed 6. For learning, money, and due to all the issues you didn't hear about, that I experienced from shops to get the primary in order.

Sounds like the dual mass flywheel died. Is it hard to shift through gears with the engine on?

The last time I moved it from the garage to outside, it was not. But I only shifted from neutral to 1st or even from reverse to 1st gear.

My vote is throw out bearing, or something related.

That has been what my thought was for some time now based on the pushing in/letting out of the clutch, but figured I would hear others out in the event this has been experienced previously. Also, the noise isn't clutch in, it's clutch out.

EDIT: Just realized that could also just be wishful thinking for a moderately priced fix.
