Hey guys, and gals.....probably. Wife and I do a little fix and flip and we got a '06 3 hatch with the 2.3 in the deal. The 3 had an ugly bottom end knock but we really liked the car so we made the deal. In the end we got the 3 for $200 because we flipped the runner for our money back, pretty much anyway. So did some shopping and found a JDM out of Auburn, Washington with 49,100 miles, bought it. towed the 3 and the engine to my school here in Yakima, Wa and pulled it, transferred what was needed and stabbed the JDM. I gotta say, I am extremely satisfied with our love of this blown up hatch!! The bone stock power is impressive. Now though, it is build it time! Any direction on parts would be great, this will be my first boost job but we are absolutely going there. Looking for lowering kit right now, who has a good fit? Would like to keep it in house of MSO venders if possible. Will upload pics to my computer and post

Do you've got a ms3 engine in a regular 3?

With regards to mods the question would be what's your goal? Before any power mods you need hpfp internals upgraded. I'd reccomend a rear motor mount upgrade as the first mos, Damond motorsports have the best motor mounts

Thank you Awafrican. So as I research more I am realizing the extent of internal upgrades so my plan is to tear down the old block and make that the project. This will be my first boost project, and I am excited to get started. For now, I have a 50k mile (engine) 3 hatch that I am loving how she is stock I cant imagine what she will be like boosted.
