What did you do to your ride today

been eyeing it since it came out. When I had my first car, I had a Grant wheel (old VW) and I remembered the feeling of driving changed. I had some $ saved, plus a lot of birfday $ to make it happen. It's weird how much different it is to drive. Add to the new tires (Pilot Super Sports), I think this year's ENM will be a lot more fun.

Great tires. Not the best ultimate grip, but they last over 10k miles too. There's a reason why they come standard equipment on cars like the Ferrari 458, some Porsches, and BMWers. Top-tier tire, for sure.

Can't wait to put my super sports on, still got some life left in the stockers, probably get 1-2 track days out of them, start my early season off slow, this will be my first year lapping, then progress into the super sports

You'll definitely love them. Like I said, not the best ultimate grip tire, but still better than most. And they last waaaayyyy longer than those ultimate grip tires like NT01s and RS3s, FWIH

Nice I've got to do an alignment ASAP! Is there numbers we should be aiming for listed somewhere? Mainly DD with some very spirited driving in the hills / hopefully some track

To be honest, suspension is not something I would give advice about. I just installed new coils. My buddy (also a mazda geek) did all of the alignment/weighting for me. I trust that he has the car where it should be. Car drives like a go cart!

Installed new suspension over the last couple days, and had it aligned this afternoon. Now I just have plugs, and brake pads/fluid flush and my pig will be ready for the Dragon.

Dropped the car off with Mark Gibson to fab up the downpipe and the dump tube. I was at a loss on how to route the dump so I willingly handed her off lol. He will get her done soon and then a good base map will be loaded on and I'll be driving her home (hopefully) lol

Car was tugging left, had it for going on 3 years still on original production alignment so I went for an alignment, still looks good, the culprit some shitty tread wear, I'll get one more track day out of the oem Dunlop's then I'll put on my pilot super sports

Washed it and installed shifter bushings.
Tomorrow the snow tires come off, and RMM goes in if I get ambitious.

The cruise control on my fusion started acting up in January and eventually quit working altogether. Couldn't figure out why. Yesterday, a guy at a stop light came up to my car and said i had no brake lights. So i went to O'Reilly, grabbed a new make light switch and installed it.
Brake lights work and cruise control is back.
