Quite a few. I'm Freektuned, then there's Stratified, Dizzy (who's a vendor here), Hypnotic (also a vendor), Purple Drank, and I'm not sure what happened to Richtune. Haven't heard from them in a while.Bought it brand new. Going to look into Versatune. I've only had the car for 2 weeks, any other good widely used tuners out there?

I was referring to the handheld tuners. However, how does Freektune work? I assume he writes a tune that you download onto the Accessport?Quite a few. Yep, it'll be locked to your specific serial number so it'll only work on your AccessPORT. He can enable/disable the codes you want (like for EGR or catless), set your FFS point, idle speed, all the stuff.I was referring to the handheld tuners. However, how does Freektune work? That sounds awesome. I wanted to have some control myself though. I am over 5,000 feet right now and moving to sea level in a few weeks so I will probably wait until I move. I don't want to pay for a tune twice. I may call Cobb and see if I can send it back and just order Versatune. I really liked the idea of Cobb, but them taking away the tuning program is B.S.Yep, it'll be locked to your specific serial number so it'll only work on your AccessPORT. You can use a tablet for real-time monitoring with Versatune. And I just got off the phone with Cobb. It's going back. So with Versatune, it has the same features, just won't have a nifty handheld? I can still disable my codes? Are there still several tuners for VT?
And Rob (Hypnotic)? Pretty sure he also does, but don't quote me on that. You can use a tablet for real-time monitoring with Versatune.
I believe Freektune and Stratified can do tunes using VersaTune. I think DizzyTuning might be able to as well.
I would say slightly more functionality and, yes, less clunky handheld. The upside is you're free to get a decent Bluetooth adapter and put Torque on your phone for monitoring or get a cheap 7" Windows tablet and you can log, monitor and tune. Yes, you can disable codes as needed. I know the pool of tuners is growing but Stratified and at least one other well known tuner (name escapes me). Also Steve at VT is always able and willing to help those that self tune. And I just got off the phone with Cobb. It's going back. Check the VT section, there was a group buy going on that had hit enough folks to get a $100 discount.Fantastic, I called them to place my order but nobody picked up. I'll try again in the morning

I checked but the group buy ended a few days ago. I left them a message to call me and pm'd Steve.Check the VT section, there was a group buy going on that had hit enough folks to get a $100 discount.
Installed my Cobb Accessport to get rid of my CEL, just found out ATR is off limits and I still have the CEL...

Damn, if I had known that yesterday I probably would have kept it. It went back yesterday evening. The Cobb customer support guy was kinda an ass and that certainly didn't help their case.Hit up the Dizzy tuning, they will clear that for free for you I believe
