I have a question, looking at downsizing my stock wheels to 17s. For the price and the look I really like these ENKEI's but their hub bore says they are 72.6 were as the stock hub bore for a 2013 Pu is 73. How significant will that .4 be?

The hub bore of a speed is 67.1. You'll. Be fine with those wheels.

I'd recommend getting some hub adapters for them to keep the wheels hubcentric versus lugcentric. They're pretty cheap and can be gotten from eBay or Amazon. I usually get whatever site I'm buying my wheels from to throw a set in for free.

If you're close to a Discount Tire, they have spacers for a couple bucks. One time, they just gave them to me for free.
