08 speed3 fuel leak at assembly nipple

Unsure what to call the white plastic fuel pump holder jobber, but assembly is what I'm going with.

Fuel is spitting hard out of this hose at the nipple. Tried two other replacement fuel hoses, the original is back on now. Our guess is that it isn't sealing properly, maybe the plastic nipple got scored when the fuel hose was previously taken off. So, I've been trying to find a replacement for the assembly (plastic shell). Dealership only sells it including all the internals (the fuel pump/etc), not cheap.

Any ideas where I can get one? Or other ideas? Also was told that there are two different types for 08 speed3s (which is why I'm showing the power connector), so. There's another mess.

I think I have one. Sorry, been finishing a basement that's taking up all my time the last month.

Have an answer for you by end of day today.

Sending you a pm.

@Rokusek got any at the yard?

Yes... Which brings up a... Concern to following community rules for selling.

Rokusek may have one, otherwise contact fatti motor works they deal with parting / scrapping a lot of speeds they may have one too.

If neither of them can help you're into the dealership for a new fuel pump basket unfortunately. Now rock auto does have this basket listed https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=11940713&cc=1442059&pt=10147
But I have no idea how well it works, so you'd be testing the "waters"

I do... I need to speed with @Raider to discuss how he wants me to properly sell something... That legally isn't mine, belongs to my work... But have a legal means to sell it... But I'm not a vendor.... Lots of confusion I have to figure out....

Spoke to @Raider on the phone.

Here's the deal, I manage an automotive recycling center (Wrecking yard for you people) in Missoula Montana. The vehicle in question in which I have parts for, I used to be the owner of and attempted to sell some parts on the forum before we sold it to the wrecking yard.

It now belongs to my work. As per raider and my conversation, I can go about selling them via my normal work process.

This means
A: I'll have to get an employee to pull the parts
B: get you pictures of parts.
C: call and speak to you about shipping and freight information.
D: collect payment via card over phone.
E: send parts to our shipping department to be packaged and mailed out.
F: this means, you have a 6 month part only warranty. If the part does not work, I can get you a replacement. If a used one cannot be sourced, then a full refund plus shipping is to be returned to you. If the part fails in that 6 month time frame, I will replace or refund part only not shipping.

There are more details in regards to this that I can explain.
