The exhaust pipe sticks above the hood just a bit so no fireballs inside. The filter was just there because I didn't want to break in a new motor without one. We have a shorter pipe to close the hood with a filter, but it will likely be rammed through the headlight with no filter later in the season.So how does the hood close?

Versatuner will let you up these limits higher I think. I didn't try it but the software itself will allow you to override those limits at least in the calibration, not sure how these will work once flashed in.Rumor was that ms6 and gen1 can't rev past 8k on stock ECU.
