Just the in-tank methanol alone should prolly give you enough octane. FWIH, 2 gallons of in-tank methanol is like 4 gallons of E85. You may be able to retain your D10 to make your methanol last longer and still have enough octane.
27psi is a lot on a 76mm compressor wheel. I'm only at 24.5psi on my 71mm S3 compressor wheel.

It's not that it's hard to hit that boost level (especially with the amount of preload you're running), it's that it's a lot of psi for stock block. Rob will guide you well.

I hear you, rob knows me pretty well, if the motor was to pop I would have nothing to say to him other then its time to go built!!

Well i got my adapted performance tmic bracket delete. I must say for such a simple part it sure does make the bay look that much nicer. I hope he keeps making odds and end pieces like this.
Also found all my corksport injector seals leaking. So much for them being so great. I tq them down to 17ft lbs like c.s said. I went back into and tq them down to like 40 ft lbs lol. Lets see if they leak now muhahaha. Also had the mani off in 15 min. Getting good at this.
