Yea no rev hang whatsoever here. That’s deleted with the tune. My ultra light weight flywheel also helps. Revs drop so fast between shifts it’s actually noticeable if you aren’t quick enough lol.honestly clutchless downshifting is pretty easy, and if you have working ears you can tell pretty easily if you are fucking it up and damaging something . upshifting with my MS3 kinda sucks since the stock throttle mapping hangs the revs a bit for emissions, it was easier in my old ranger which had an actual throttle cable.
I’m not sure I’m up for the challenge of clutch less downshifting. I wonder if anyone uses that technique on track. I’m just trying to picture it on track lol. I guess we’ll see.
I’ve got rotors on order as mine are pretty beat. Pricing has increased to crazy amounts so I ordered from some local shop who had the old pricing still. I called them, they said the price was good so I ordered. Hopefully that doesn’t end up cancelled.
after that, the cars probably gonna get a minor alignment tweak(little more front camber as I’m now hauling ass faster through the corners I am rolling the tire a little).
It’s cool driving a car with a useable scrub radius. I’ve never driven like that. Dive into the corner and if it’s a little hot, the front will scrub and bit and I can make adjustments as necessary. With the Mazda it was kinda like you have grip or you’re off the track. It didn’t really have this “progressive break away” or scrub radius I guess.
many new things being learned here.
