So the head is smashed pretty bad in cylinder 4. Probably scrap for sure.I meant more along is the head salvageable block is obviously not but I would trust the rods and Pistons. Would have the crank magnafluxed. Can the manifolds be reused if you go with a different setup?

Oh the valve are fucked for sure. I’d like to use the springs retainers/keepers all that shit. And the cams. If I need new springs that’s ok I guess. They’re not too bad.
Only problem with using the cams is I need high comp again. That’s expensive if I don’t reuse shit and I definitely don’t think I should reuse shit
Then I gotta build the transmission and do a fuel system. As much as I want to go turbo, if I want to keep tracking the car it’s gotta stay NA for nowSounds like it's time to go turbo...

Im not sure if theres anything to inspect in the transmission? might be worth a quick check but it should be ok.Are you going to open up the transmission as well and double check that?
Also what about a supercharger instead of a turbo? Stock fuel system should be able to work with 5-7 psi
