Alrighty update coming, sorry for the delay just busy per usual. Took today and tomorrow off for my birthday so I have a little more time! So as some of you may have seen I have a running car! That's the big news but were still trying to figure some stuff out. Oil pressure was solid on start, my gauge was reading 85-90 PSI for a minute or two until I shut it off since it wouldn't idle right. I retrofitted a 75mm throttle body, the same one that Jake Humphrey ran on his 700+HP speed and my car doesn't seem to like it. Were not getting the correct throttle response when pushing the accelerator pedal, RPMs kind of jump all over the place and don't stay steady. Also got a text today saying my primary O2 sensor is bad so that's cool. So other things that happened my fuel basket does work but at first it was giving us trouble, turns out one of the Aeromotive pumps was bad out of the box (Of course). Luckily I had two pumps in the basket so I just hooked up the other pump and it worked perfect. I was going to drive my car back last Sunday but couldn't because of the TB issue. Scott is still working on it and he made a new plug thinking the old one was messed up but still having the same issue. I would be a pretty awesome birthday present to have my car back this coming weekend 
. Also sitting in the car felt great, clutch is pretty stiff with the twin disk and the speed 6 slave cylinder but I'll manage. Here's some pictures of the progress:

My beefy crashbar
Hot side 3" piping, added a little nifty bracket so it doesn't hit the oil pan.
Port injection fuel lines, the one running along side the stock lines is for the supply and the one off to the side is the return line.
Fuel lines all buttoned up.
Speed 6 slave installed and bled because it's beefier than the MS3.

Scott sent me this today, he was planning on driving it assuming that the new plug fixed the TB issue but it didn't :/. Still looks sexy though

Well good news and bad. Engine is still fine. Scott (shop owner at Oddball) got the throttle body issue fixed. When he wired it up the wiring diagram was mirrored so pretty much all the pins were opposite of what they needed to be. That was the good news. The bad is when he went to move the car it wouldn’t go into gear. Seems that the clutch isn’t fully disengaging when pushing the clutch down. He said it can go into third but pretty much none of the other gears. It goes into gear just fine with the car off so I personally wouldn’t think it has to do with the final drive swap. So he’s going to swap to a MS3 slave since he installed a MS6 slave on my car to see if that works. If not then I guess he’s going to have to drop the trans and inspect the clutch. Throw out bearing could of gone bad but seems unlikely. Something in the clutch could of been installed backwards but he told me it wasn’t physically possible. Jake(etipp) also said that his did the same thing because the flywheel bolts we’re hitting the clutch so he had to grind the bolt heads down. Scott bought ARP bolts specifically to avoid that from happening and checked it with the clutch installed but I still wouldn’t rule it out since the same thing happened to Jake. Anyways basically just waiting for Scott to figure out the issue, he was supposed to deliver the car to me when it’s done so hopefully that’s soon.

Engine is back out the car. The clutch looks fine and no wear or anything like that. Talked with Realgib3 about it and he said the only other thing he can think of is to adjust the clutch throw. So we’ll see when everything is back in the car. Wish we would have thought of that before they took the engine back out. Oh well live and learn.

Okay so after Scott from Oddball spoke with OS Giken several times they narrowed it down to the diaphragm possibly being bent from when Jake had it installed on his car. It's a $400 dollar part so not horrible but I just decided to buy an ACT sprung 6 puck just to get my car back on the road. I didn't really want to spend $400 on the part for it not be fixed then have to turn around and buy another clutch anyways. I will be ordering the diaphragm down the road but the 6 puck should get me to at least 600-700HP for sure so it'll have to do for now. Anyways that's pretty much it for now in terms of updates. Pretty frustrating to have the car started over a month ago and still can't drive it.

Any updates? Very interested to know how that evo x fuel tophat is working out. What did you end up doing to plug the pressure sensor hole?

Yeah I have some updates, the top hat works perfect so far with the stock fuel setup. I haven't finished hooking up the PI stuff, I'll explain why. For the pressure sensor hole we just tapped it and then used thread sealant and bought a bolt that would fit. So I don't remember if I said anything before and too lazy to go read my paragraphs but one of the fuel pumps failed out of the box and the car wouldn't start so I had to just swap the electrical connections to the other fuel pump since I have two in the basket and was good to go. I have a ticket open with Aeromotive, just need to pull the pump and send it to them. That's part of the reason I haven't hooked up the PI system.
Secondly I got my car back drove it to work one day and parked it because I had a coolant leak. Filled up the coolant two days later and took it for a drive to try and get the leak to come back so I could see where it was coming from. Well I got halfway to my destination and went to take off from a stop sign and my car wouldn't move forward. It acted like it wanted to but wouldn't go but would move in reverse. Had to get towed home and a nice police officer drove my wife and I home since we were right around the corner. Obviously kinda pissed that my car is down two years, drive it once and something happens. So when I got the car back I noticed the front passenger side was sitting lower than the rest of the car so I decided to start on that side thinking maybe the suspension was adjusted wrong. Get the tire off and the brake caliper was hanging on by one bolt which was loose. Additionally the strut fell through the knuckle and shredded the axle boot. From what Oddball told me the knuckle hole was stripped so he tried to tap it and put a nut on the other end which didn't stay on leading to this.
That's pretty much where I am with the car. I ordered a 'new' used knuckle since mine was stretched out from the strut falling through. I've already swapped the hub/wheel bearing to the new knuckle. When I was taking it apart I must have ripped the boot on the ball joint so I ordered a new boot for that haven't installed it yet. Oddball split the cost with me for the parts on the passenger side. While I was under the car I noticed the driver's side axle, both boots were leaking too. F me right? Well I have all of the parts ordered just trying to find the time to pull both axles to replace all of the boots. Went ahead and bought the inner boot for the passenger side axle even though it's not leaking. Thinking of putting in my whiteline front sway bar on while the car is down but not really wanting to drop the subframe. Driving the 69 Camaro daily isn't the best on gas...
Stock for now, I have some custom cams that Mark Gibson designed that'll be buying through kelford at some point. Buying a house next year so it'll probably later next year when I can do that.

Sucks to hear about all the issues.
I understand how that feels. Just tore into mine this weekend to discover that my built motor only had 2 friction washers on the crank and no washer behind the VVT.. I'm amazed it took 7k miles before it slipped.
Hopefully you get everything sorted and back on the road soon. At least the shop is helping you out with some of the costs.
