James, believing the worst? C'mon, man. It's nothing as scandalous or dramatic as that....Why would they need my thumbs up? I'm sure they consulted with actual experts before designing the profile.
Are you just trying to start shit or something?
...This isn't the thread to discuss what I may or may not have said.1. Our stock cam timings are part of the fueling equation, and changing them can have unexpected results on fueling window; I suspect that this hasn't been much of an issue because people running aftermarket cams are also running aux fuel to make use of them in most cases.
It basically a roundabout way of echoing the same message stated previously: cam specs, please....This isn't the thread to discuss what I may or may not have said.
If CS would like to throw their cam card info at me to offer a CYA on fueling, they are more than welcome to but I doubt it's needed.
So, I'm sure the question on everyone's mind is if they pass the @Enki math test? Having said, these were designed by actual engineers with formal training in valvetrain physics, correct? Publishing the specs first is necessary, I suppose. I thought I saw them somewhere...

If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong o.0 (eyeballs)Nah bro, they just eyeballed it.
Ummmm..... yeah..... because when someone says "truce, please," what they really mean is "let's go passive-aggressive." Makes a TON of sense, if you have a one-bit brain with a parity error o.0"These were made by ACTUAL engineers and not just some guy who doesn't have formal physics training (Enki) right?"
"I don't start shit."
Passive aggressive comments are cool. Quit being a fucking ninnie and say what you actually mean.
I forgive you @Redline
You mean, besides potentially much "easier" interactions with a dealership/warranty scenario?Noob question here, but what's the benefit for someone running stock turbo on stock engine?

I'm already past the powertrain warranty coverage heheYou mean, besides potentially much "easier" interactions with a dealership/warranty scenario?![]()
Good info, thanks! You'll be able to run less boost for a higher HP number; your overall hp/tq probably won't change much because the babyK can only flow so much, but you'll be in a better position to make more on a bigger turbo when the time comes. That said, I wouldn't run cams without a specific set of goals (and a built motor). That's just me though.
