ECU/ECM/PCM Wipe from Flash Tune

I was hoping one of you had a better idea than all my local mechanics. my current issue is I have my 2008 mazdaspeed 3 tuned to a hypertech stage 1 but the original ap has been lost. How can I reset my current ECU, or do i need to purchase a new ap, or send it to hypertech. theres really not alot of information on this, i know that COBB has a program where they provide a ecu wipe and a discount.

OK, first, Hypertech and Cobb AP are 2 different things. I wonder if you can even load a Cobb AP or even Versatuner map to it.
