Line from Joe Dirt, couldn't help myself not using it for the title. I've been involved in several fan forums, etc. Ive never quite learned how to fit in for a very long time so I will be as bluntly and painfully honest as I can...

Thanks for any advice. I broke my bank to get this car after cancer and essentially losing my will to live. Somehow I made it vs 8 percent odds of living more than a Few months. To over 10 years and for a minute I just want to live one thing before I'm returned to what ever essence the comos had lined up for me. My simple dying request was to get a 2013 mazda speed3.

Then out of left field I'm ok, for awhile, so now that I have some time to look forward i need to do right by my car and I need new tires for my Mazdaspeed 3 2013 and I need start with the tires.

So that's my introduction to this space and any advice on reasonable tires that are pretty inexpensive that are still all weather good tires like the achilles 225R40s (just what I had read was a good deal) or for the top if the line money is no problem tire.
Any advice appreciated.

If you are looking at all-seasons I agree with @Easter Bunny you can't go wrong with Continental DWS 06 tires. I have been putting them on all my cars when the time comes for tire changes and have Continental DW (summer tire) on my convertible which never sees snow/ice. For the money I don't think there is a better tire out there unless its at a higher price point.

Welcome. Federal ss595's are pretty solid for the money, i paid less that 400 for a full set back in 2020. Falken ze960's are not too bad, currently running those.
