High beam not working

Hey guys im new here. Im just wondering so i changed my high beam bulbs on my speed 6 but it didnt do anything. checked the fuses and relay evem switched relays just to rule it out. Its still notcworking. Both high beams are not turning on and its also not flickering. Im trying to figure out what it could be and hoping its not wiring i have to diagnose and find
 
Do they not turn on when you pull the turn signal stalk towards you? Or just when you push it away

they dont turn on when i pull or push. like its not getting a ground or something. idk if its wiring issue because it used to work before. i thought it was just bulbs
