HPFP irratic reading at high RPM

Is the itfp the same as a mazda 3? That's all that comes up when I Google it. And is the filter and all that one unit?

As long as the HPFP is getting fed whatever fuel it needs (even if the pressure feeding it is, say, 10 PSI), it should be able to build full rail pressure. The only things that should be able to cause the rail pressure to drop below 200 PSI during a WOT pull are sticky spill valve or internals, failing check valve at the bottom of the pump, failing PRV (this is highly unlikely in your case), or fuel supply issues (basically, you're injecting more fuel than the ITFP can supply).

All of that is done to the T. Started the car but ran out of time this evening. Will drive it and grab a log tomorrow hopefully. The struggle of having a newborn. Lol

It just makes no sense to me how Ican drive the car under normal conditions and have zero issues. Only at 5k plus rpms under max boost.

Any chance the fuel stations meters are off and I'm not getting the correct mixture of e85? And this is what's causing this issue?

now when i try to upload the log my phone and computer say that the file dosnt have an allowed extension. i can email it to you i guess??

Template public:_media_site_embed_googledrive not found. Try rebuilding or reinstalling the s9e/MediaSites add-on.

I have no idea what any of that means. i used to send it as a pdf. Just drag it from my ap.manager into the reply box. Now it won't let.me.

It's doing the exact same thing as before. I know the datalog could show something different now but.. I can't figure out how upload it now since I updated my accessport manager. I posted a log yesterday or the day before also.

Last time cleaning the spi valve did the trick. Maybe it was stuck and is again? Maybe it's time for a new pump?

I think I may have figured it out. Let me know if you were able to use this file. The only odd thing I see is the HPFP pressure dipping. My autotech internals looks fine, and are only a little over a year old.

Did you clean the internals and spill valve while you had it apart?
