I just use youtube... I think that is the easiest and best way to go to share on forums and other places. If you don't want the video public, just upload as an "unlisted" video. Anyone can see it, but they need the link, and will work fine if you link it on here.
Hit the upload file button and upload...best bet for videos is create a YouTube account and post the link. You can make it so that only folks with the link can see it which means generally searching on YouTube it would not show up.
