JDM engine versus US engine

I can only find jdm engines so I was wondering if it is a direct swap other than the ecu and wire loom of course. is there anything else i need to swap out or am i good to go.

You're good to go, may need some of the accessories (power steering ) depending on generation the engine is vs your car. As gen1 vs gen2 have different power steering pumps not because the JDM is different
