Hey y'all, we've been posting on FB about getting a run of LSD's done for the MS6, so I'm brining this to the forums as well.
Here's the gist...
Due to many requests, we are revisiting doing a small production run of the Mazdaspeed6 front Limited Slip Differential. This LSD has been proven to keep power planted and limit wheel spin on the most competitive MS6 in AutoX, and we've be running one on our Mazdaspeed6 Dragcar.
The unit itself is a custom made helical gear style limited slip differential, specific to the Mazdaspeed6.
Pricing would be around $1500-1800. For an added cost, we may offer an "install kit” which would include many of the necessary bits needed to perform the install: new bearings(we can press them on the LSD), a new axle seal and a PTO side transmission seal, thread locker, and RTV gasket maker.
We’re hoping to get at least 10-15 made. Lead time would be roughly 3-4 months.
