Mysterious lack of power

So my car has been running weird the last few weeks. It began misfiring in cylinder 3 and after swapping coils and not finding the problem decided to run a fuel cleaner( bg 44k) that cleared up the misfire.

The problem I'm having now is that I'm still lacking power like the car is in safe mode from when it was misfiring. I'm not throwing any codes, I unplugged the battery and reset the ECU, and cleaned the maf sensor. None of these things solved it.

Looking for some suggestions on how to proceed. My plugs are only a year old with less than 10, 000 miles but I have not checked them yet since the misfire went away. The maf voltage also seems to be reading normal.

Any help is appreciated.

Have you done a compression / leak down test lately?
No not recently. I just attributed the lack of power to the misfire. I will next time I get the chance.

Is it possible I didn't have the battery unplugged long enough to fully reset the computer and it's In some sort of safe or limp mode? It was unplugged for about 30 sec but I've heard some cars need much longer to fully reset. It feels like a N/A 3 power wise and seems to be running alright besides the lack of power.

Might want to check the spark plugs, 10k miles is pretty high miles for plugs considering you should do them every 3 oil changes or so and oil changes on this platform are about every 3k miles, old plugs could definitely cause misfires, also check for boost leaks, a bad boost leak can cause issues like misfiring and loss of power
