This is shaping up to be an historic occasion: the first "vendor" (though unofficial) to be blacklisted on MSO. I wonder if he realizes the net loss in moniez he'll have by not owning up to the shoddy work on the IM, saying he's sorry, and offering a full refund. Some of his EM's are really nice, and he could've sold a lot through here potentially, had he owned up to his stuff...

SURE/Hardline/StreetIUnit beat him to that honor. But that goes back to the fact I know the owner of that company more than just about anyone here.

As for John, if he had just sucked it up, taken it back and been done, great. But that work is just not right. I know sometimes aftermarket stuff can break or just not get built right. How you treat the customer afterwards when approached in a courteous manner says a lot.

Sucks as many in his area like his work.
