No reduction on IDC with dual meth nozzles (D012) vs single

The car was hitting IDC 100% with single nozzle (D012) and expecting reduction of few points in IDC with dual nozzles (D012) upgrade with Damond throttle body plates. The IDC datalog shown no reduction in IDC and this puzzling to me.

I've been suspecting the standard AEM pump (150psi) not able to keep up with required extra flow. I'm contemplating to get 200psi DO pump as upgrade but before I do it, I would like to hear from community here. Feel free to chime in.
 
I've run two 1000cc nozzles off both a v1 and v2 aem pump. Either supplied enough meth for 35psi up top on a pte5862. Are you using a progressive controller? Is it setup correctly?

Something doesn't add up. These pumps flow between 1.0-1.3 gallons per minute. Why would they have trouble flowing ~30 gallons per hour? They should be able to flow 60+ gallons per hour. The FJ Performance kit is a single pump system (IIRC, based on their pics and description), and can flow enough methanol for over 700hp in conjunction with our stock DI: http://fjperformanceinc.com/mazda/10-13-speed-3/meth623/fjbuilt-alky-control-meth-kit

Yes, still running AEM progressive controller with single pump.

Single pump powering both injector/nozzles . Just have used both versions of the pump (v1 and v2) and achieved the same results
 
Are your AFRs super rich when doing a WOT run? I would think that either you don't have enough methanol to get extra fueling out of it (ie AFRs on target) or your tune isn't taking into account the amount of methanol your spraying (ie AFRs are rich).
 
Negative sir. The AFR was spot on and MAF adjustment was made to account the additional fueling from methanol injection.
 
I could be wrong as I'm definitely not the expert in this area, but it seems odd to me to adjust the maf tables to account for extra fueling.

As another kind of dumb thought, are you sure the nozzles are spraying? I know I had to run my pump without anything on the output of it to get it to prime.

You have to pull DI fueling via maf tables if you're running a good amount of aux fuel. Unless I guess you want to run the DI at high IDC and also pump in a ton of aux fuel as well... And want to run crazy rich and/or want to crank up the boost to make up for it lol

^^^^^^^ Truth. Even my Genpu with its O/L fuel trims isn't able to adjust enough for my 12.8 GPH of 100% methanol. My MAF is scaled down so much that even though I'm flowing 385-390 grams per second, my logs show 325-330. I honestly think one of the nozzles isn't spraying or there's some other malfunction.
 
I'm running GEN2 and there is still some sort of open-loop fuel trim correction by ECU but you will definitely see the effect from extra meth fueling in datalog. MAF adjustment is kind of SOP to fix this issue. @Sho and @Redline got the same observation.

Yep, O/L trims can adjust ~10% or so, IIRC. My CM10 puts me beyond the threshold where scaling was needed. Usually a CM7 or so is about the limit you can run without adjusting the tune on a Genpu, so long as you have an accurate MAF cal to start with.
