Hello everyone. I have a 2006 white water pearl with the two toned white interior Mazdaspeed 6 GT that I bought brand new in September 2006. One of the first sold in my state. I was on the original Mazdaspeedforums.org. I don’t remember my user name though. When I had the car I did several mods including a…what was that thing called? Access port! The first version. Also the first one sold to someone in my state. I’ve upgraded the hpfp, I have I believe a Corksport tmic, Cobb SF intake, and a….the eBay brand… catless downpipe. I have an aftermarket BPV but I definitely don’t remember the brand. It’s the one that makes the Mario coin sound when shifting. Because I always had access to a company car, my speed 6 has very low miles, about 50,000 at the time of this post. Well it’s been 20 years now and I decided that it’s time to show me speed 6 some love. I just wanted to introduce myself and see if any major innovations have happened to the platform in my absence. When I left the forums, Versatune was just becoming a thing and BNR required a core exchange. I do believe that Cobb also made it so you couldn’t download their map making software unless you were a certified tuner at that time. I did have the software but that was a long time ago. I do in fact have a spare OEM turbo that I was going to send in for a BNR stage 3 but never got around to it.
