Gotta stop hurting yourself, getting old sucks. What's going on with the turbo that's going to CD for inspection? (I probably missed it somewhere)
It's fine. I have Beta turbo #3, closing on 70k miles. In beta testing, catless guys could get boost creep, fixed in production with a revised hot side. I'm sending it there to be checked out, as it's probably the highest mile beta out there. I scored a deal on a used catted cpe downpipe in great condition, so planning on installing that.

It was so cheap. I swear the secondary 02 sensor needed an extension, but can't find anything.

Nope all bolted in, never had issues with codes, but I also loaded my freektune base map the same day for it so hard to say.
But I didn't use any harness extensions or non foulers been running great for 6 years and 90k km
Edit: holy it's 2020 so 6 years now not 4

All that's left to do is everything...
? Remove turbo to ship to CS for review and new hot side
? Figure out cold side fmic piping fitment
? Oil change
? Swap springs
? Damond Pcv plate
? Catted cpe Downpipe
? Install Ap gaskets for intake manifold and cs 72mm tb spacer
? Intake manifold when back from PC and 72mm bore
? Install new Rear endlinks
? Rear end suspension inspection
? Replace fog light assemblies
? Exhaust hangers
? Valve blast (when I can)
? Alignment
? Washer fluid hoses (fix low pressure)
? Backup camera install
? I'm sure there's more

Foglight swap completed.
Washer fluid issue fixed. There is a connection out of the fenderwell into the wiper area. It's a 1 way valve and it was very much clogged or broken. Discovered AFTER I ran new hose to it and pulled wipers and plastic tray and reran more hose.

My next goal, springs. Then pull turbo. Which reminds me, I need to order studs and nuts for all that mess.

*Insert I've got your stud and nuts joke*

Still haven't done that turbo eh? Wish i could come pull it with you and get it done!
Life gets in the way. Double carpal tunnel plus a turn labrum in my shoulder explains why have hurt so much. Plus my Wednesdays have been packed. Next Wednesday I'm hoping to do 1 side up front of springs.

Little stuff before I do the turbo, downpipe, and intake manifold.

After you get the Walnut kit you should drive up here and do mine. I'll give you all the beer and rape you can handle

Plus Pennsylvania made yuengling tastes better than Florida made yuengling

More progress. Intake manifold out, and holy crap the front of engine was caked in grease. Used 3 cans of brake cleaner used, probably need 4 more.

OEM PCV gasket was pretty wasted. Could see multiple deformity spots and I think that was indeed the source. Damond PCV plate to go in next week and then springs. A valve cleaning is totally needed too. So I plan that ahead and get my corksport manifold powder coated. All is wrinkle black, perhaps an accent color?
