Honestly im surprised you got the rail off seeing as how I broke every torx bit I tried on mine and finally just gave the motor to my builder with it on the block. He said he tried heating mine and all sorts of stuff and still broke two bolts. That would be a nightmare in the car!

Bolts came off with a T40 screw tip and. Socket for extra sketch. Got Majin Customs stainless studs going in.

Oh that's a pretty leak. Glad you found them. Another set of CS seals

Those studs are a wonderful thing! Makes everything a breeze enjoy.

Your sheet from Injector RX has them all at ~70 PSI test pressure. I thought we had to test our injectors above a few hundred PSI to confirm spray pattern and such?

That static 280 across all 4 is suspect too. There should be "some" variation, right?

I think 280 is max from what I remember on msf. They do a full test like flow spray etc. I talked to him a bit.

What tools did you use to clean in the nooks and crannies / did you block off the injector ports, or not too concerned with the cleaners getting in there?

Blasted with the cans and then a plastic brush to get the stubborn stuff. I would have used more cleaners but ran out.

Looks nice and clean! Should be a great surface for you Raider.

@jdab555 if you block off the holes you can't fully clean it so unfortunately some cleaner will make it in, good news is it'll burn off BUT I would certainly do an oil change after getting the engine warm just to make sure it doesn't degrade the oil.

When I did mine I was able so soak some shop rags with B12 chemtool and let's those sit in the holes then just used the rags to clean it up got most of it out some of the stubern stuff I got off with a pick very lightly scraping and it all came loose.

Progress! Got the injectors in and torqued. Majinspeed Customs injector studs in. Fuel rail on and torqued. Ancient OCC hose replaced with fresh Damond Motorsports hose. Need 4 more feet probably for the manifold. Then reassembly and hopefully it will be fine.
