TMIC Cold Pipe Bolt Question

So I snapped the longer bolt which attaches the cold pipe to the TMIC. It is a M6-1.0 x 60mm flange bolt. I have had trouble finding a replacement for it. Already went to Autozone, O'Reilly, Home Depot and they only had a 40mm one. Will drop by ACE Hardware later.

My question is, as an alternative to a flange bolt, can I use a hex bolt with flat washer instead?

Ace should have it. We buy misc metric hardware from there all the time.
ACE Hardware did have a better selection and better organized section for metric bolts, but they still didn't have the flange bolt I needed. The longest they had was 40mm.

Anyway, so I used a hex bolt with flat washer to finish the cold pipe install on the TMIC. Finished installing the TMIC last night and so far, it seems to hold up well.

It seems to be holding up well so far. I still need to drop by Mazda and get that bolt. Will most likely replace it when it's time to replace the spark plugs again.
