So I hate to resurrect old threads but can I unplug or delete my egr without changing my tune for it? I don’t have emissions tests where I live and am currently on a stage 3 93 ots map.

Well I have read many discussions but everyone always talked about “just deleting the code in ATR” which I have not got yet. I had it unplugged for a while and didn’t notice a change much in my BAT’s so it’s probably gummed up and needs cleaned or in my preference deleted anyways..haha
The only tune related issue will be the codes it throws when unplugged or deleted. It's less about helping BATs and more about keeping your valves cleaner.

Yeah my ms6 is really high mileage too so I really need to do some cleaning inside. Im hoping to rebuild my motor in the next year or so to prepare for a BT setup
Also wanting to know if I should seafoam it through the brake booster, Then unplug egr, or Just do the delete. Has stuttering and p0300 Random misfire also has a egr code already. BNR S3, E85, Fbo.

Yeah seafoam won't do anything for you. Media blast the valves, disable the egr, run a catchcan, and then spray 100% meth or go PI if you want to prevent valve deposits.
