Simple, the Koni Yellow struts are easily adjustable on-car; the Bilstein B8s need no adjustment. I just threw them on and had the benefit of being able to tweak the front while not having to worry about mounting/dismounting/readjusting/remounting/etc., the Koni Yellow rear shocks over and over again. As a combined setup, I liked it a lot. They are factory Ford parts. @Stockms3; did a good write up at the other place, there was a decent length thread about them.
Part numbers:

BTW, what's the story behind the Koni Sports and B8's? I ask because I'll be replacing my struts by year end and have been leaning towards Koni Sports along with a new camber plate I found for next season's autocross.
I just recently bought Ground Control coilovers though, so I'll be swapping out the Bilstein B8 rear shocks for Koni Yellows in the not-too-distant future. My Swift springs and Bilstein B8 rears will end up in the F/S section
