302 Miata Time!

I'm kinda happy/disappointed about hood clearance. The Cobra intake is a bit taller than the rest of the manifolds. I'm going to most likely run a cowl hood or so. I will see if I could lower the subframe a quarter inch and cut the middle hood bracing.

Or just cut an intake-sized hold to show off the 302? :D

[doublepost=1466798921][/doublepost]are you familiar with the shaker hoods on the old boss mustangs? now, it's not quite the same b/c you're dealing with the intake manifold vs a ram air intake, but the ford power plant and hood clearance remains the same.

Lol yea I will be repainting the valve covers and partially of the block.
Yea I've seen then, but idk about running one of those.
