I think that the rx8 and nc miata share a platform. Wonder if the front subframe will swap.

Test fitting my engine today. I was fabricating my subframe. Now just need to modify my oil pan which I'll try to do this week.

I'm kinda happy/disappointed about hood clearance. The Cobra intake is a bit taller than the rest of the manifolds. I'm going to most likely run a cowl hood or so. I will see if I could lower the subframe a quarter inch and cut the middle hood bracing.
Or just cut an intake-sized hold to show off the 302?
