What Prothane bushing/saddle P/N did you use? Ive been trying to sort this out on my car, but no one ever seems to give a part number.
Ive canvased the website and if I find one low enough in profile, the bolt holes arent right. Im about to make something custom, lol.
 
As if I dont answer my own question just after posting. I have been searching the web lookin at measurements and such off and on for about 2 weeks.
It was here all along.
19-1122 for OEM 23mm bar
19-1123 for Whiteline 24mm bar

Thread 'Prothane Rear Sway Bar Bushings/Brackets'

This info was gathered back in 2013. It came time to swap out a busted stock axle for a DSS one. In the process, I encountered a couple issues with sway bar bushing and bracket. After a couple attempts, we managed to find a good (cheap) alternative.

Obviously not all setups are the same, and some probably have never had any issues. @phate has provided awesome info in various other suspension threads as well if more info is needed.

Up front, these are what will work:

Sorry about that. I try to not forget part numbers. That part number is correct, but you will still need to modify the bracket and the bushing on the driver side due to the offset of the axle. I saw that someone on youtube (Wannabe Tuners if I recall) was able to use the Whiteline bushings that come with the RSB, but they had to shave down that bracket even more than we had to on the Prothane set.
 
Update time!

Let's see what's happened since last time .....

Oh. Clutch pedal assembly was cracked so we reinforced that. Got a brace for the pedal assembly from mdp and welded a reinforcement (thanks @StreetSpeed6 ) and installed firewall brace sandwich plates. That was a lovely way to spend a 110 degree day!

Fixed my gauge pillar pod. Installed a new rearview mirror. Found a leak in the HVAC evap drain. *Think* we fixed that. Corrected the wotbox settings. Fixed the sunroof drain. Got my terlizzi headlights (haven't installed them yet).

Dyno day is THIS SATURDAY! Looking forward to finally getting this tune dialed in and put actual power to the wheels :)

Big thanks to the Nator family and everyone who's has their hands in this engine bay. Could not have done any of this without you guys and help from other forum members. I love this stupid sinkhole of a bank account balance.
 
Only hiccup was the one time the turbo coupler decided to yeet itself on the second to last pull of the day. Aside from that went pretty smoothly. Fantastic day.
 
OK good. I know a guy that used the ebrake trick to improve his highway mpg, but I wouldn't trust that on a dyno.

Yeah I wouldn't chance that. And I'm pretty sure Farhan wouldn't let me try it even if I wanted to. Good dude.
 
Being entirely fair, dude was more of a mad scientist than I was. He only did the ebrake trick a time or to, IIRC, before installing a switch to cut power to the rear.
Mans did some wild shit.
