OK so first a status update:
Car is running, and much quieter than it was. Time was short, pain and suffering were high so shortcuts were taken.

Secondly: I fucked up.
I didn't mention or provide photos of the IWG setup on the EFR to DTP....This was a problem, as it turns out.

It was painful trying to get the catback to mate up to the long downipe; when we did, the WGA was completely out of the car to make that happen.

That wasn't really going to cut it, so we reinstalled the custom spacer between the catback and the DP, but this forces a bad angle on the downpipe causing the O2 sensor to not have enough room to get the o2 socket on and the wiring coming out of the sensor is 1/4" away from the manifold. This spacer was a holdover from the original, Full-Race downpipe/setup I had on here that wasn't long enough.

All the vbands for the manifold/turbo are maxed out on movement angle towards the block, which is probably not ideal; best course of action is to have a new spacer made that is much shorter, as it was extremely difficult to get the existing one installed (but leaving it out meant the downpipe didn't reach the catback).

As expected, the existing coupler setup I had going from turbo to TMIC doesn't fit anymore (everything moved 1/4" (6.35mm) towards the driver side for alt clearance); I figure this is a good opportunity to get rid of the modified stock 45 deg mated to hump coupler I'm currently running. Just to get it started and make sure everything was OK, I aluminum taped it on (lol). Just to give you an idea of how fucking done me and my pops were by this point, none of the clamps for intake/intercooler/tb are even snug; just pushed on.

One thing to keep in mind about the vband outlet EFRS is that the normal vbands you tend to get don't quite fit right. I modified the one on the right so it fits the IWG diverter section a bit better and provides gooder clamping force to the band.
