OK crunch time, which fuel pump to get? I'd prefer something I don't have to wire up myself if I don't have to.
Also, anyone have a source for the little white clip retainer things that go on the basket fuel line?

You'd probably want to run the stock line as a return and put in a bulkhead fitting in the top hat for a feed with a custom line. Not sure your power goals.

My car made 575/467 on 35psi peak boost no issue on E48 utilizing the stock feed line from the tank to the firewall and running no return line (dead head setup on PI rail), with a crushed stock regulator. We turned it up an additional 2psi from 4500-7300rpm and still had zero issues. 99% of folks won't recommend this method. But that's been my findings so far with that aeromotive stealth 325.

I likely won't be making more than VashExe at least, and hes got a deadhead setup and probably not crushed regulator. Only looking for 6th port, but quite a bit of flow because E85.

I have not crushed the regulator yet. No fuel issues yet with me. I'm e50 right now at 28 to 29 psi on a 5858. No clue on power but a good amount of fuel flow. Ran same way as sho

Is crushing to regulator required? Or was it done just for a little more headroom?

Few locals had success with it in the past, so I just did it to do it. Really not sure what kind of effect, if any its had on my car though...

Pre crushed regulator, I had meth injection as a source of aux fuel; so everything in the tank was stock at that point

Well I guess I can find out if I have fueling issues in the next few revisions. Will be maxing map sensor. So 35 to 36. Would be nice to know if it is needed for other people.

Suspension mostly sorted; back to stock hats and need new hardware for the hats (bolts with washers, nylock for the shock rod). Tomorrow should be fuel system, power steering cooler and first oil change. If time allows, headlights/washer/etc...Otherwise, that will be Friday.

The only thing that should hold me back from it being permanently drivable is ride height adjustment in the front (which can now be done WITHOUT taking the wheels off), these old ass tires being garbage, and that little white plastic retention clip that holds the body fuel line on the basket (mine broke off on this last removal).

FML. Edge didn't bother shipping my fuel pressure regulator and the 11565 pump has to be wired in; the 11165 pump is drop in, this one isnt.

Shit yep. The 11165 is the one on that data sheet I posted above. And is listed on aeromotive compatibility chart as drop in for ms6/ms3

I swooped the AEM for $108 on Amazon but I haven't installed it yet. Pat and Vince are both using it with no complaints thus far.

I'm going to try and sacrifice the basket patch cable to just wire it in directly. Hopefully that goes well and/or I can get contacts (or better yet a new plug) for that. Either way I'm still hamstrung by not having a known good ITFPR.
