Mazdaspeed 6 stage 3

I thought it was common knowledge our fuel systems when healthy were maxed at 380whp. I also assumed that was MS3 380whp and not AWHP. I am on a BNR S4, tuned 11.8 AFR for extra headroom. sometimes my IDC hits around 105% but as others have said its just going straight into the exhaust without combusting. This area is a little foggy to me as well, ive always tuned my own cars but this last 2 months is the first time ive ever run out of injector. If justin is ok with it, he must know something i dont. In my mind 100% injector duty cycle doesnt seem safe.

I run 23PSI from 4k to 6k, virtual dyno has me at SAE corrected 410 and 398hp in the opposite direction. Lets ignore stages, if we are going to help we need specifics not generic terms that fail to describe your build properly.

My finished Freektune map.
It is not possible for my Injector Duty Cicle to be 120% at 21.6psi at 6000rpm with my BNR S4.
This is the objective of my post. Information on how to know the limit of the injectors when the Accesport miscalculates the percentage.
Freektune already informed me that my Accesport did not correctly indicate the IDC, and one of my fellow Mazdaspeed, the same thing happens to them.

The IDC % number is a value calculated by cobb, the ECU does not calculate fuel in IDC %, but IPW.

If you log IPW you will get real numbers and can then calculate IDC% by dividing the IPW by crank rotation time in milliseconds. This does not account for other variables such as intake/exhaust valves opening/closing at various times.

Go add injector pulse width to logged parameters and take a log, curious to see the results.

Also stop posting snapshots of datazap, attach a .csv file or don't bother posting.
