New k04 problems

Cracks would actually cause you to overboost. Re-read the post I linked above.
I've read it probably 41 times. I was referencing other diagrams. Not specific to ms3

*Sigh*

Easiest test at this point is to disconnect the hose going from the intake to the EBCS from the intake side, make sure there's nothing plugging that connection, then hook that side of the hose up to a compressed air source (max 30 psi) and with the line fed, put 12v to the EBCS and see if the WGA arm moves at all. Or, you know, you hear air flowing through the system.

Will try that when I get home.

Just a recommendation, @Enki is probably the only one right now who's got a clue with your issue. And seems he's the only one willing to help.

Not trying to be rude, but I suggest you follow his guidance. He won't continue to give it if you continue to ignore the help he's trying to give. I would go back and start reading this entire thread over and retry anything he has suggested and stay in that course.

Again not trying to be rude, just my $0.02

Also just thought of something else. .. I had to cut 1 DP stud with a Sawzall. Any chance I loosened up am bunch of rust/carbon build up and or shavings causing issues in the converter?

I said I'm appreciative of the help thus far and have been trying to follow along and try what you suggest. I'll source a compressor tomorrow , mine is broken. New vacuum lines also. I also just though of this. I had to cut one of the DP studs when I took it apart. Any chance I knocked a bunch of crap loose into the cat. And or shavings in it is causing this?

Possible but unlikely. Usually, it's just carbon buildup inside the pipe but it is entirely possible a bad tank of gas (maybe leaded?) or a hyper rich tune (not likely from your tuner) could clog it up.

Always start with the easy to check shit first; make sure all the related plumbing for the boost control setup flows properly, and that none of the barbs/hoses are clogged and that the EBCS works (which I'm pretty sure you've done already). From there, things get progressively more time and / or money intensive.

When I send 30psi into the line I can hear it coming out of my intake. Wastegate dosnt move. That's when I blow air into the intake side of the line that's goes from the ebcs to the intake.

Ok so it did change the sound of the air. I guess going. Through the system instead in the intake but the actuator arm did not move

So you pulled the line off the barb on the intake, fed air in through that and heard air coming out of the intake? That suggests the EBCS isn't closing, which would give you the opposite problem.

Yes. Feeding air into what would have been on the intake . The air cake out of the intake until I gave it 12v. Then it went somewhere else when I activated the switch

Well that don't sound right; if my understanding of how the stock EBCS works is right, it should just stop flowing air alltogether until you give it 12v.

Yes. I guess it was blowing through the ebcs through the turbo housing back into the intake until I gave it 12 v

That's odd, because in that case it would be dropping boost as WGDC goes up.
Wait, is the EBCS directional? Maybe swap the hose positions on it and reset the ECU (disconnect negative for 30 seconds) and see if that fixes it.
