I'm thinking to use Corroseal first on the rust and then maybe paint it over with some kind of epoxy paint and maybe I can use this thing for the last coat.

So it’s been a while since I last updated this thread. I’ve done some stuff over the last few weeks
Undercoated/resprayed the under body
Replaced FSB bushings and brackets just as pre-cautionary. Thanks @JohnnyTightlips;
We didn’t feel like messing with the stock exhaust so.... cut you go lol
Finally assembled the crank and pistons are ready to go in. The machine shop numbered the pistons but didn’t do the rods. We weighed them and pretty happy with the results
Decided Im going to paint the calipers, VC and some stuff with this color because ricer
And then these showed up yesterday. Christmas came early
Thanks to @Maisonvi; for sending me some coolio stuff. Love them KenDeals
Next on the list = Oil and water pump, fuel cell and fuel delivery kit (I may have found something for this), Split Second controller (already built and awaiting shipment).
