I just have the worst time saying no to Will. Bought his wheels as a winter setup basically until I toss another set of r comp tires on teh RPF1s. The dark color looks pretty good but the offset makes me hella flush and rub on everything. So, we will see how long I keep these wheels.

The Hoosiers were starting to show the bands underneath the rubber so APPARENTLY they weren't made to last very long. JK I knew what I was getting into with those tires. In taking them off I noticed they were 040 treadwear which made me laugh.

They're a 234/50r17. he got them to have a high sidewall to have essentially longer gears on the track.

Just kidding I'd still like to but a) I don't want people to think I'm faster than I am and b) I don't want people to think I'm copying Shawn Jaworski lol I've already been called out for it because my Speed so happens to be the same color as his.

First priorities are getting suspension setup for the track and actually getting myself the skills to handle a 600whp car on the 1/4. Then maybe we'll go crazy and dial this girl up to 11.

Shawn was telling me anyway his 10.7s pass was right around, if not under 600whp, so if I can get my act together and drive this car right, I just maybe will make a name for myself on that MazdaSpeed top ten 1/4 list.

I was okay when I was mostly stock but this is going to be entirely different with the slick/skinny setup. Will said we could get in some test hits on the street and he'd give me some pointers on launching.
