so far no luck on selling it. Lots of lowballs. Lots of time wasters and idiots. Come spring I’ll be pulling the suspension and turbo off and putting the stock shit back. I’ll sell that stuff and lower the price of the car so I can just move it. Blah.

I looked up what them gauges cost. $675cad for the pair. I also just sold the gauge pods for $100 for the pair. Definitely worth it. I will use both gauges in the civic as well.

cars slated to have the coilovers removed on Friday. People keep lowballing me which I wouldn’t mind so much if I had less shit on the car.

stock springs and struts are going back with stock top hats. I’ve never driven a speed with stock suspension lol. Damn.

I had a guy lowball me this morning and I told him I’ll be pulling the coils for that price. His reply “yea man that’s fine”. People really really don’t give a shit about good suspension which is funny. I guess you don’t really need it in the McDonald’s parking lot….

I’ll be pulling my motor mounts as well. I have a local committed to buying those.

I’ll get my money one way or another outta this damn thing lol…

On another note the guy that bought my forged motor has been cruising recently so that’s good. He had his mechanic replace the oil pump and timing shit and it’s good as new now. I’m happy to hear it for that guy!

Damond passenger and transmission mounts have been pulled and sold yesterday. My bilsteins have been pulled. All stock shit went back.

gotta clean up the coils and list them for sale. Damn. Never thought I’d be taking those off lol. People truly don’t give a shit about suspension. Cheaper the better ya know?

If I had the space I’d keep it but it’s just not realistic at this point in life. It’s a shame I’m definitely feeling it a bit. had a few locals pick up parts off me and they’re all just as shocked/surprised. I still to this day hold the fastest lap time for Mazdaspeed 3 at our local track…and the car was stock block lol.

just look at how clean this setup is. I will be asking for $2000 Canadian. $1600usd. This includes everything even the CS camber plates.

Thanks for the interest!!! These were the b16’s with adjustable dampening. They were paid for and picked up yesterday. They did not last long. Guy came from 2.5 hours away for them. Does a lot of autox and wants to start tracking the car more seriously so at least they will get used as intended. I honestly didn’t expect them to move at all.

a local Honda dealership has bought the speed. I stripped the thing down pretty good and made my money on the part out. They offered me a fair price. Hassle free headache free and that’s all she wrote.

They offered me 8k cash. My listed price was 11k with the coilovers and motor mounts and gauges. I removed all of that, as well as a few other little bits. Selling that stuff separately I made my money.

8k was fair enough for me.

what will that money go towards? It’s going to pay for my titanium exhaust on the civic, and pay to finish the built k20. The rest of the cash I’ll use for the season. Tires, fluids, fuel, and seat time. So so much seat time lol

I felt the same when I got rid of mine last month. It was actually a relief. To me it was "yeah it was fun, but I needed a truck" and now I don't regret it.

Would I buy another one in the future? Probably. It was a great car that was pretty quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one of these cars to someone if they were serious about a 4 cylinder turbo car.
