In all seriousness, not sure how this happened. I've had a CEL off and on for months, it's always ran shitty on a cold start but not sure how that translates to this:

Best guess is that it's been slowly fouling and getting buildup on it until the cold start yesterday morning caused piston contact or something. Shit's probably still in there too. Oh well, at least it's still driveable, for now. The smoking hasn't improved either.

I've seen that from Amazon ngk fakes before. I would try to scope the cylinder and if if scored the walls.

Pretty sure I got these from Edge pre-gapped (just checked, never bought plugs from Amazon). I don't have a scope but chances are good the piston is fubared, considering.

Just checked all four plugs and from what I can tell they aren't fakes. Of course, half the shit that could say #4 was counterfeit is now gone, but still; everything else checks out.

Shit happens though. If it was magically ejected without damage I'll be super surprise.

Got another CEL for cyl 4 misfire on start yesterday after cleaning up the HPFP in preparation for running full corn.
Pump was hella dirty but no sign of either death; think it's probably soot from the oil sneaking past the rings.

Bonus pics: It actually feels like the corn is entering my anus!

So my turbo recently tried to uninstall itself. All four bolts/studs for the turbo (its a T25 EFR) were loose, and getting it back tight was an experience I'd rather not have again. Replacing the gasket would require uninstalling both manifold and turbo from the car, and if that happens, the EFR ain't going back in. With everything tightened back up, the turbo sits at a bit of an angle so either half the gasket is missing now or part of it melted and balled up on the one side, as it still has a very loud leak.

Also this is what the plug from cyl 4 looked like:

Pulled #2 as well and it looked perfect.
