I had figured that was probably the case. It definitely reacts very quickly to any changes in manifold conditions. I guess you could say it's a very "talkative" valve.The MANY sounds you are hearing are normal for the BPV. When we started the project the goal was to design a fast responding BPV that could VTA without upsetting the car and hold high pressure without leaking. The resulting noise from that is more or less just that; the resulting noise/sounds.
The spring to apply just enough pressure on the piston to seal under boost while being soft enough to respond very fast (~50 mili-secs). Due to the spring being very soft, the BPV is very reactive to throttle inputs causing the piston to move up and down alot. Every piston position, pressure venting, and volume venting (Mainly full recirc under light inputs) will result in different sounds.
So I assure you its normal, the BPV just has alot to say haha
