Only thing that stands out in the log is that the WGDC climbs but the boost doesn't; otherwise everything looks healthy in the log.
Recommend getting photos of the engine bay, specifically of how you have the WG hoses and such connected; though you may be buying a new solenoid if that doesn't pan out (not showing any issues I mean).
Just so you know why I'm saying this:
The stock boost control setup has boost pressure going from the turbo to the wastegate (this part appears to work fine). This boost pressure causes the wastegate to open earlier than it normally would (which is equivalent to 0% WGDC).
The other port on the WGA goes to the EBCS, which bleeds off boost pressure, subsequently increasing the force on the wastegate (higher % WGDC). This is helped by the port on the EBCS being connected to the vacuum side of the turbo, which helps pull more air out than would normally be vented.
So, if you have the hose from the EBCS going to the intake manifold instead of the intake, you've shot yourself in the foot and no amount of WGDC is going to give you the boost numbers you're expecting to see.
Also, and this is fucking CRITICAL:
When you think you've fixed the issue, you MUST disconnect power to the battery OR reflash the same tune in order to clear the learned WGDC behavior; failure to do so could result in an overboost situation and cost you your engine.
