No Boost

Today I installed a cobb accessport and a stage 1 ots tune from cobb with my mods being a cobb cat back exhaust and cobb intake. On the first drive car immediately started making a maximum of 3 psi but still read negative pressure down to -10 or -11 psi. No visible smoke from the turbo or exhaust. I tried uninstalling and the stage 0 tune but same results still.
Honestly I’m lost and don’t know where to start.

1) OTS maps are decade old trash.
2) Hpfp upgrade?
3) other than plugging in the AP, what did you do?
4) total mods?

I am the third owner but I don’t think there is a hpfp. I plugged it in flashed the stage 1 map and began to drive it felt like this immediately no loud bangs or noises. Mods are cobb intake and cobb cat back exhaust.

Did you touch anything else at the same time or only do the AP? I don't see mention of what year your car is; if it's a gen1 and no factory boost gauge, did you previously have a different method of monitoring to know that this is a new development and not a pre-existing issue?

No I didn’t touch anything else besides the ap and I know it’s not a preexisting issue cause the car would actually make boost but now when you get on the gas it makes literally no power at all and stuttters. I mean it’s so bad that I can’t even go over 65 mph max now

Sounds like it was flashed with something else and has an aftermarket MAP sensor in it. Best thing to do would be to go KOEO and see what the boost reads, and if it's very far off from 0.0 then pull the MAP sensor and google the part number on it to see if it's stock.

What is considered very far from 0.0?

I would say +- .5 PSI would be significantly out of range. What is it reading?
I uninstalled the ap earlier to check if it was the tune I’m gonna reinstall it with the same tune in the morning to check but I remember it was reading at least a couple hundredths of a psi of negative pressure with KOEO but I didn’t pay too much attention to it. I’ll get back to you in the morning thank you for all the help guys. This community is one of the best.

Things got crazy and now the entire exhaust, turbo, intake system and intercooler are off the car...I’m buying new o2 sensors and map sensor

Watch you fuel pressure , if the pressure relief valve is failing the car will fall on its face trying to make any power as fuel pressure falls off.
